Sig Sauer pistols are one of the most popular pistols being utilized around the world. This program will involve both classroom and live-fire range time. Upon completion the participant will have been exposed to the basic operation of Sig Sauer pistols and know how to safely use and operate them.
Topics covered:
· Basic safety and the laser rule
· Basic overview and operation of Sig Sauer pistols
· Operational level nomenclature, basic breakdown and assembly
· Operational level maintenance and lubrication
· The 5 – point draw and basic combat shooting fundamentals
· Reloading and stoppage clearing

Ammunition: 200 rounds pistol
Equipment required: One Sig Sauer pistol or other semi-automatic pistol, master side (OTW) on the waist holster, magazine pouch and minimum of 3 magazines. Wrap around eye protection, ear protection and brimmed hat.
