Join Grey Wolf Training Specialists adjunct instructor Selina Rifkin for an exciting three-week long women's only self-defense course. Selina has been studying martial arts for 13 years and holds a third degree black belt in Kempo Karate. She has been training in the Korean martial art of Hapkido for 5 years. She is a member in good standing with the National Rifle Association.

- Basic strikes
- Potential attacks / scenarios (Rape, Mugging, stalking, dating tips, etc.)
- Utilization of a male attacker
- Basics of situational awareness
- 911 practice
- Use of force and personal protection
- Functional heart rate ranges

- Kicks/knees/elbows/palm heels
- Criminal behaviors
- Martial arts pros and cons in self defense

Location: Monday and Thursday evening from 6-8pm at Grey Wolf headquarters located in Shelton, CT.
